§ 52.005 RIGHT OF ENTRY FOR INSPECTIONS.
   The city shall have access to all portions of the premises of any water consumer at any reasonable time for inspection of the use of water, the consumer’s pipes, fixtures, plumbing or other apparatus in any manner connected to the city water system.
