(A) Permit fees as determined by the City Council, shall be set forth in Appendix A: Fee Schedule, and may be amended from time to time. The permit will be valid for the calendar year for which it was issued.
(B) Permit renewal fees, payable to the city, as determined by the City Council shall be set forth in Appendix A: Fee Schedule and may be amended from time to time. The renewed permit will be valid for the calendar year for which it was issued.
