(A) Class A: general raffle license. A license fee of $50 shall be payable to "City of Troy" upon application for a Class A license.
(B) Class B: financial hardship raffle license. A license fee of $5 shall be payable to "City of Troy" upon application for a Class B license.
(C) Class C: 54 week raffle license. A license fee of $100 shall be payable to "City of Troy" upon application for a Class C 54 week raffle license.
(D) When an application for a raffle license is filed, such application fee is nonrefundable, even if the application is denied or in the event the raffle is cancelled for any reason. Each raffle license expires when each raffle event has concluded, and a new license fee will be required for subsequent raffle event applications.
