§ 113.18 LIMITATION ON CLASS C LICENSES.
   It shall be at the discretion of the Raffle Administrator and/or the City Council to determine the number of Class C 54 week raffle permits issued during any 54-week period. Under no circumstances shall more than one Class C 54 week raffle drawing occur on any given calendar day.
