§ 113.17 LICENSE ISSUANCE.
   (A)   A raffle license shall contain the following:
      (1)   The area in which raffle chances will be sold or issued;
      (2)   The period of time during which raffle chances will be sold or issued;
      (3)   The date, time, and location on or at which the winning chances will be determined.
   (B)   Such license shall be prominently displayed at the time and location of the determination of the winning chances.
   (C)   A license may be suspended or revoked for any violation of this Code.
   (D)   The Raffle Administrator shall receive all raffle license applications.
   (E)   Class A and Class B raffle licenses shall be valid for a period up to and including 180 days from and after issuance, and may be issued by the Raffle Administrator.
   (F)   In no event shall a Class C license be authorized for a period longer than 54 weeks.
   (G)   Raffle Administrator must approve all raffle license applications for all Class C 54 week raffle licenses with 2,000 or less pins.
   (H)   City Council must approve all raffle license applications for all Class C 54 week raffle licenses with 2,001 - 5,000 pins within 30 days of being deemed completed by the Raffle Administrator at a regularly scheduled meeting.
