The direct sale of baked goods as described in § 4 of the Food Handling Regulation Enforcement Act, ILCS Ch. 410, Act 625, § 4, and regulated through the use of a home kitchen operation, as described by § 3.6 of the Food Handling Regulation Enforcement Act, ILCS Ch. 410, Act 625, § 3.6, is authorized.
