§ 35.090 SERVICE CHARGE FOR FALSE ALARMS ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   Any person who owns or operates private alarm equipment in the city for the purpose of giving an alarm to the City Police Department if an unauthorized intrusion occurs upon the premises where the alarm is located, thereby agrees to pay the city a service charge for each false alarm given by the equipment to which the City Police Department responds.
   (B)   The service charge for each false alarm shall be $25.
