§ 35.021 DEPARTMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The Chief of Police may make or prescribe rules and regulations for the Police Department relating to hours of duty, vacations, uniforms and conduct of the members of the Police Department as he or she shall deem advisable. Rules and regulations made pursuant to this section, when approved by the Mayor and Council, shall be binding on the members of the Police Department.
