Applicable in limited circumstances and in conformance with the town’s Unified Development Ordinance.
Payment shall be in an amount equal to the estimated cost of construction of the required sidewalk, which would include the cost of all materials, labor, and engineering as determined by a quote approved by the Town Engineer.
