§ 53.06 PARTICIPATION IN COLLECTION OF SOLID WASTE SERVICES.

G.S. Chapter 160A, § 317 permits the town to adopt an ordinance mandating all properties participating in the collection of town solid waste services remain customers. A property may only opt out of participation in services by approval from the Town Manager, or designee for the follow reason: a small subdivision with one collection area for all residents.
