SEC. 4.3. ELECTION OF TOWN COUNCIL.
In the regular municipal election in 2023, and quadrennially thereafter, two Town Council members shall be elected to serve four-year terms in those positions whose terms are then expiring. In the regular municipal election in 2025, and quadrennially thereafter, three Town Council members shall be elected to serve four-year terms in those positions whose terms are then expiring.
