(A) Notwithstanding any lesser requirement that may be set forth in this chapter, all sidewalks behind a driveway entrance shall be six inches in thickness.
(B) If there is an existing sidewalk that does not meet the above specifications, the applicant shall be responsible for removing same and replacing same with an approved sidewalk. In the event the state requirements are more stringent, those requirements shall control.
