§ 151.01 OBSTRUCTION OF WATER FLOW.

It shall be unlawful for any person to obstruct or cause to be obstructed the free flow of water in, over, along, upon, or through any gutter or drainage way or ditch in any street or other public way in the town by depositing trash, refuse, or other matter therein.
