(A) Except for the provisions contained in § 150.01(D), the provisions of this chapter shall not apply to farm use buildings located on a bona fide farm. When questions arise as to whether or not the use of certain lands constitute bona fide farming, the Inspections Supervisor shall consult with the County Extension Service and the Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Service (ASCS).
(B) Residences on bona fide farms shall be constructed to be in the category of farm use buildings unless otherwise requested by the owner or contractor; in which case, all Town Building Code requirements shall be applicable.
