(A) Notwithstanding the town staff’s acceptance of a completed application, no date shall be considered confirmed until a special event permit is issued at the direction of the Town Manager or his or her designee.
(B) The town staff will require the applicant to demonstrate that he or she has notified abutting property owners of the proposed time and place of the special event.
