§ 95.21 EXEMPTION FROM SPECIAL USE PERMIT.

   The following activities are exempt from the special event permit requirement:

   (A)   Funeral services and processions;

   (B)   Activities solely conducted by the town;

   (C)   Lawful picketing on sidewalks;

   (D)   Events of 200 or fewer people involving the closing of public streets or sidewalks by the Town Council or those events requiring a facilities use permit such as picnic shelters; and

   (E)   Events by public schools and churches or other places of worship.
