§ 95.06 AUTHORIZED SPECIAL VENDORS.
   (A)   The issuance of a special event permit does not confer upon the permit holder or event organizer the right to control and regulate the sale of goods, food, and beverages within the special event venue; such sales must comply with the terms and conditions of the special event permit and town and county rules and regulations.
   (B)   Vendors authorized to sell goods, food, or beverages in the special event venue shall display their authorization in the manner required by applicable law. Only vendors displaying the required authorization shall be allowed to sell goods, food, or beverages in the special event venue.
   (C)   The issuance of a special event permit does not relieve any person from the obligation to obtain any other permit or license required pursuant to this code or other laws including, but not limited to, health codes.
   (D)   The issuance of any other permit or license issued pursuant to this code does not relieve any person from the obligation to obtain a special event permit pursuant to this chapter. Specifically, any existing peddler and itinerant merchant licenses under the applicable ordinance of this code are not transferable to the use in a special event.
   (E)   It is unlawful for any person to sell, resell, or offer to sell or resell, any goods, food, or beverages within the special event venue except in the manner as set forth in the application approved by the town staff.
