(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person violating the provisions of § 91.01 shall pay a civil penalty in the amount of $50 to the Town Clerk within 72 hours after receiving a citation for violation. Any unpaid civil penalties shall be collected by means of a civil action in the nature of debt. Violation of § 91.01 shall constitute a misdemeanor or infraction punishable under G.S. § 14-4.
