§ 91.03 COUNTY FIRE MARSHAL TO ENFORCE CODE.
   The County Fire Marshal shall be responsible for the enforcement of this code. The Fire Marshal may designate such members of the County Fire Marshal’s office as inspectors, as shall from time to time be necessary, to assist in the performance of the responsibilities and duties outlined herein.
