§ 90.16 STABLES AND HORSE ENCLOSURES.
   (A)   Proximity of enclosures to town streets. No person shall erect or keep any stable or other enclosures for horses nearer than 150 feet to any street of the town. The Town Council may, in writing, give permission to erect or keep any such enclosure, not offensive in its nature, at a nearer distance than that above-prescribed whenever the enforcement of this provision would work a serious hardship upon such persons and such permission would not be injurious or offensive to adjacent property owners.

   (B)   Maintenance of stables. Every stable or place where horses may be kept shall be maintained, at all times, in a clean and healthy condition.
