§ 90.02 CONTROL OF DOGS.
   (A)   Dogs within the town shall be under the direct control of their owners.
   (B)   No dog shall be off of the property of its owner, including within any public right-of-way that adjoins the property of its owner, unless it is under a direct attendant’s control by use of a leash of not more than 15 feet in length. At no time shall any dog be allowed to run at large within the town off of the dog owner’s property nor within any public right-of-way adjoining the dog owner’s property.
   (C)   Any person owning, possessing, harboring, or having the care, charge, control, or custody of any dog or other domestic animal shall immediately remove and thereafter dispose of any fecal matter deposited by said dog or other domestic animal on public or private property unless the property owner has given prior approval to use said property for this purpose. For the purpose of this section, dog or other domestic animal fecal matter shall be immediately removed by placing said matter in a closed or sealed container and thereafter disposing of it by depositing said matter in a trash receptacle, sanitary disposal unit, or other closed or sealed container. This division (C) shall not apply to disabled individuals who, due to their disability, are unable to comply.
   (D)   This section shall be enforced by the Town Police Department.
