(A) Declaration of truck routes. The Town Council shall have the authority to declare any street or part thereof a truck route. When signs have been installed pursuant to this section, trucks, as defined in § 70.15, shall travel to their point of destination or from their point of origin to and from the nearest truck route and shall use the truck routes exclusively except when making pickups or deliveries at points of designation or points of origin.

(B) Specific designation. The following streets within the town are designated as truck routes: U.S. Highway 21 (Main Street), State Road 1303 (Wagner Street), State Road 2350 (Murdock Road), and State Road 1005 (Old Mountain Road). Truck routes shall be as otherwise established from time to time by ordinance.
