(a) No person, except as authorized hereinbelow in specifically defined areas, shall smoke and/or permit lighted cigarettes, cigars, pipes and/or any other substance containing tobacco on the premises known as the Trotwood Government Center, 35 North Olive Road, including the structure of the building itself and the premises owned by the City of Trotwood, surrounding the building except in specifically defined areas established by the City Manager, outside of the building.
(b) Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
