505.17 BARNYARD ANIMALS.

(a) No person shall keep or raise within the City any horses, cows, swine, goats, poultry, or similar barnyard animals or livestock. However, this section shall not apply to farm land which is annexed to the City until such land ceases to be used as a farm, or until the ownership thereof is transferred.

(1987 Code 90.12)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
