SCHEDULE IV: TRAFFIC LANE DESIGNATIONS.
   The following are designated traffic lanes:
   STREET   DESCRIPTION   ORD. NO.
   Woodcreek Dr.   Three-marked lanes, the eastbound   1-82
      lane being 18 feet in width, and
      two westbound lanes of nine feet each.
      One lane shall be identified eastbound
      Woodcreek Dr. only.
