373.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be subject to the penalties provided in Section 303.99. In addition, the court may prohibit a violator from riding a bicycle, motorcycle, or moped for a period not to exceed six months and may order that person's license plate and registration card confiscated.
