For the purpose of this chapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
"Moped" means any vehicle having either two tandem wheels or one wheel in front and two wheels in the rear, that is capable of being pedaled and is equipped with a helper motor and otherwise complies with Ohio R.C. 4511.01(H).
