(a) The term "Cemetery" or "Cemeteries" as used herein includes Bear Creek-Hillgrove, Cedar Hill, and/or Ehrstine Cemeteriesy.
(b) The term "City" means the City of Trotwood.
(c) The term "Owner" means a person who has acquired, by purchase, gift, or other conveyance, any rights for the placing of the remains of a deceased person within a Cemetery.
(d) The term "Memorial" means any marker placed in a Cemetery for identification or in memory of a person.
