153.01 CREATION AND MEMBERSHIP.

There is hereby created a Board of Utility Appeals to conduct hearings and make determinations as authorized by this Chapter. The members of the Board of Tax Appeals Review of this City shall, for the purposes set forth herein, constitute the Board of Utility Appeals. The character of the Board and terms of office of its members shall be as prescribed in Section 183.12 of the Code of Ordinances.
