Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense. Any subsequent offense shall be charged as a fourth degree misdemeanor if the defendant has previously been convicted of violating any of the provisions of this chapter. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues. The penalty shall be provided in accordance with Section 501.99 of the Trotwood Codified Ordinances.
