732.04 REBUTTABLE PRESUMPTION CREATED.
   Photographic evidence of unsolicited written materials located upon a premises in a manner inconsistent with Section 732.02, which bears the date and time of the photograph, creates a rebuttable presumption that the unsolicited written materials were placed at the premises by the owner, officer, agent (including independent contractor), or employee of the business, product, good, service, or message which is being advertised, promoted, endorsed, or conveyed in such unsolicited written materials, Where the unsolicited written materials are delivered as a package and relate to multiple businesses, products, goods, services, or messages, the presumption shall apply to the identified distributor of the package of the unsolicited written materials, if any.
