Conditionally permitted uses shall be as follows:
(a) Beer and wine carryout until 12:00 a.m.
(b) Taverns and bars with a closing time not to extend past 12:00 a.m.
(c) Uses similar to those indicated in this district; pursuant to Chapter 1135.
