The City Manager of the City is hereby charged with the responsibility of supervising the urban renewal activities of this City, coordinating the activities of the several officers, employees, commissions and boards concerned with such projects and executing on behalf of the City, as its authorized representative, all applications to the Federal government for grants, loans and advances.
