The Comprehensive Community Development Plan For the City of Trotwood (also known as the 1999 Comprehensive Plan Update) as set forth in Exhibit “A”, attached to Ordinance 3-99, and incorporated by reference herein as a part hereof is hereby approved, adopted and enacted as the Comprehensive Community Development Plan for the City of Trotwood (the 1999 Comprehensive Plan Update).
