921.08 ENDORSEMENT OF DAYTON AREA FACILITIES PLAN.

Endorsement of the findings set forth in the Dayton Area Facilities Plan, and the pledged support in implementing the program for water pollution control as addressed in the Plan, is hereby rendered.
