735.07 DELAY OF PASSENGERS PROHIBITED.

When one or more persons employ a taxicab and occupies it as a passenger, the driver shall not cause his vehicle to remain parked and delay the transporting of the passenger to the requested destination for a period in excess of two minutes after the passenger has entered the taxicab.
