735.06 ADDITIONAL PASSENGERS.
   No operator or driver having a passenger in his taxicab shall solicit any other passenger for carriage without the consent of the original passenger. If two or more passengers are transported to different transportation, the charge for the second passenger shall be the same as if he entered the taxicab at the time of the discharge of the first passenger, but if they are transported to the same destination, only the extra fee provided shall be charged.
