The following definitions shall apply to this chapter as written unless context indicates or requires a different meaning:
CITY. The City of Trinidad, Henderson County, Texas.
CITY COUNCIL. The City Council for the City of Trinidad, Texas.
DILAPIDATED. A building or object in a state of disrepair or ruin as a result of age or neglect. Synonyms: Run down, ramshackle, broken-down, in disrepair, shabby, battered, rickety, shaky, unsound, crumbling, in ruins, ruined, decayed, decaying, deteriorating, deteriorated, decrepit, worn out; neglected, uncared-for, untended, unmaintained, badly maintained; the worse for wear, falling to pieces, falling apart, gone to rack and ruin.
PERSON. Any individual, firm, trust, partnership, association or corporation.
RECREATIONAL VEHICLE. A vehicle primarily designed as temporary living quarters or short-term occupancy for travel, recreational camping or vacation use, including a motor home, motorized dwelling, boat with a cabin quarter, travel trailer, camping trailer, utility trailer, livestock trailer, pop-up tent trailer, self-contained pickup camper, and the like.
SPECIAL USE PERMIT. Authorization such as a permit, term permit, which allows extended use of a visiting recreational vehicle. The authorization is granted for a specific period of time.
