The civil and criminal provisions of this chapter shall be enforced by the persons or agencies designated by the city, including, but not limited to, the Henderson County Sheriff's Department, the City of Trinidad Police Department, the building official, and the code enforcement officer. It shall be a violation of this chapter to interfere with a code enforcement officer, or other person authorized to enforce this chapter, in the performance of his or her duties.
