The City Administrator is hereby directed to take such actions as are reasonably necessary to ensure signs are posted reflecting the unlawful use and operation of roadways as provided herein, sufficiently posted to notify to reasonably prudent and observant operator, and to ensure that all departments of the city requiring notice of the requirements hereunder are duly notified and provided the necessary information to effectuate the change.
