§ 70.19 PARKING ALONG PORTIONS OF OAK STREET AND FIRST STREET PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to stop, stand, or park any vehicle or fish upon Oak Street and First Street in areas where such activity is prohibited by a properly posted sign. These prohibitions shall include any shoulder or right-of-way along such designated roadway.
