§ 51.25 STORM WATER AND OTHER UNPOLLUTED DRAINAGE.

   (A)   No person may:

      (1)   Discharge to public sanitary sewers:

         (a)   Unpolluted storm water, surface water, ground water, roof runoff or subsurface drainage;

         (b)   Unpolluted cooling water;

         (c)   Unpolluted industrial process waters; or

         (d)   Other unpolluted drainage.

      (2)   Make any new connections from inflow sources.

   (B)   In compliance with the State Water Quality Act and statutes, the approving authority may designate storm sewers and other watercourses into which unpolluted drainage described in division (A) of this section may be discharged.
