§ 132.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person or persons found in violation of any of the provisions of §§ 132.01 - 132.03 shall be guilty of a separate offense for each day or part of a day during which the violation is committed, continued or permitted. Each offense upon conviction is punishable by a fine not to exceed $2,000.

   (B)   Any person firm or corporation violating a provision of §§ 132.10 - 132.15 shall be guilty of Class C misdemeanor and upon conviction of such violation shall be punished by a penalty not to exceed $500 for each offense. Each day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
