§ 113.07 CANCELLATION AND SUSPENSION OF PERMITS.

A permit or license issued pursuant to this chapter may be canceled, denied or revoked as provided in TABC Ch. 11, Subch. C, or TABC Ch. 61, Subch. C. The city shall have all powers, duties and remedies permitted in TABC Ch. 11 or Ch. 61.
