§ 94.17 DEFENSE TO DETERMINATION OF REGISTERABLE DANGEROUS DOG.
   The defenses identified in § 94.11 above shall serve as defenses to the determination of a dog as a registerable dangerous dog and to the prosecution of the owner of that dog.
