§ 31.015 CREATION OF POSITION AND OFFICE OF CITY ADMINISTRATOR.

The position and Office of City Administrator is hereby created pursuant to Tex. Loc. Gov't Code §§ 22.071 et seq. and implied powers of the City Council. The criteria for appointment, removal, compensation and the authorities, duties and responsibility of the Office of City Administrator shall be as hereinafter set forth.
