Any firm, person or legal entity who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a separate offense for each day or portion thereof during which any the violation is committed, continued, or permitted and each offense shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $500. The City Council may initiate injunction, mandamus, abatement or any other action available in law or equity to require compliance with this chapter.
