For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
INTERSTATE COMMERCE. Soliciting, selling or taking orders for, or offering to take orders for any goods, wares, merchandise, photographs, newspapers, books or magazines, or subscriptions to newspapers, books or magazines which, at the time the order is taken, are in another state or will be produced in another state and shipped or introduced into the city in the fulfillment of the orders.
ITINERANT MERCHANT

PEDDLER.
Any person, firm, company, partnership, corporation or association engaged in any activity listed in § 110.03.
