It shall henceforth be illegal for any person to:
(A) Enter the property without express authorization, except a contractor or employee acting within the scope of his or her duties;
(B) Tamper with, damage, remove or destroy any locks upon the property;
(C) Tamper with, damage, remove, destroy or deface any sign upon the property;
(D) Tamper with, damage, destroy or deface any gate upon the property; and
(E) Dump, throw any trash, filth or garbage of any nature upon the property.
