§ 92.13 GOVERNMENTAL IMMUNITY.
   Nothing in this subchapter shall be deemed to waive, modify or amend any legal defense available at law or in equity to either the city or its officers, employees and agents, nor to create any legal rights or claims on behalf of any third party. This subchapter is solely for the benefit of the city, and the city in its representative capacity of the general public, and does not create or grant rights, contractual or otherwise, to any other person, entity or member of the general public. Neither the city, nor its officers, employees and agents waives, modifies or alters to any extent whatsoever the availability of the defense of governmental immunity under the laws of the state.
